    DJZEEZ takes new name, drops new single as he celebrates his birthday today January 10th.
    As you are reading this, the hit maker Kingsley Elikpo, who goes by the stage name DJ Zeez has given up ‘Moniker’ DJ Zeez. The suave music star, known for his catchy ‘Lingos’ like Fokasibe, Same-ni, Bobbee , Bomdigidi among others, made this known on Thursday.

    The former Disc jockey, producer and song writer, who gained street recognition as far back as 2005 with Same-ni, revealed his plans to re-brand and take his music to the next level. The singer, who wants to be known as ‘ZEEZ’ by colleagues and fans, disclosed that it is part of his rebranding for 2014.

    He said that though he had been working on a lot of things in the last few years, like floating his own Entertainment Company/Record Label ‘VANILLA VILLA ENTERTAINMENT,’ under which he released Take It Easy and Fido Dido among other club bangers, this year, he is poised to relaunch his career back to a place at the top of the ladder.

    “Today is my birthday. I will celebrate, but nothing elaborate. I am dropping my new single “Sankolo” today as well. This year, I don’t have time for play at all. It’s going to be work, work, and work. There’s a whole lot; I plan to do this year. I have taken the first step, the rest will come. I don’t want to talk about it. I only got wind of this recently and I'm working with my team to nab this criminal, whom I heard had defrauded people of their hard earned money, promising them heaven and earth," Doris told Movie moments.

Those in attendance include, the Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, former Governor of Rivers State, Donald Duke, Wife of Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Bola, and wife of Ogun State Governor, Mrs Olufunke Amosu and many others. Iyetade's remains were interred at the Ultimate Gardens, Ibadan.
